The Coach Leader Program is a program focused on coaching skills and their enhancement among leaders. Coaching is considered one of the modern methods used globally to develop and strengthen managerial leadership capabilities, as well as employees’ skills, by improving their performance, increasing their self-awareness, motivating them, and enhancing communication between the employee and their institution, as well as among employees themselves. Coaching is also used to instill modern management concepts and transform an organization’s culture for the better.
Coaching is defined as a collaborative process between two individuals: the coach and the coachee. It takes place through multiple sessions between them and aims to support the coachee in achieving specific goals agreed upon during the coaching sessions. These sessions lead to greater clarity and the ability to take practical steps toward achieving the goals through a participatory and creative thinking process that broadens the coachee’s perspectives, motivates them to reach their highest professional and personal potential, and reinforces institutional values.
Target Group:
All individuals are interested in learning coaching skills and how to benefit from them.
Training Duration:
16 training days, totaling 85 learning hours.
Program Accreditation:
This program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at Level 1, and includes 85 accredited coaching learning hours.
Certificate Awarded:
A certificate of completion issued by the Institute of Public Administration and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Eligibility for ICF Accreditation as a Certified Coach:
Completion of this program qualify to apply for accreditation by the ICF as a Certified Associate Coach (ACC). To obtain this accreditation, you must complete the following requirements:
- Attend the accredited training program (Leader Coach Preparation Program).
- Complete 100 hours of practical coaching (not included in this program).
- Submit the accreditation application and sit for the final examination directly with the ICF.
