The program seeks to develop a leading person who is capable to manage himself/herself effectively and draw his/her own personal objectives according to the strategic goals of the organization, using communication skills to work in a team that improves the quality of services in the public sector.

Unit supervisors, group leaders and the like.
Program Duration:
14 training days, covering 180 learning hours.
Graduation Requirements:
– Attend no less than 80% of the entire classroom training sessions.
– Pass all assessments based on homework, assignments and tests as required under each unit, scoring at least 60% in each assessment.
– Score at least 60% in the total result of all assessments at the end of the program.
Nomination Requirements:
Complete the application form by the nominee as first requirement to apply for the program.
Program Contents:
The program is comprised of the following units:
1- Leadership
This unit is designed to enable the participant to discover leadership abilities and personal traits that enable him/her to lead. In addition, it provides him/her with the tools that help sharpen his/her leadership skills, manage himself/herself effectively and motivate him/her to accomplish the objectives, in accordance with the aspirations of his/her organization.
2- Work Teams
This unit provides the participant with the skills that enable him/her to make achievements and solve the administrative problems at the level of his/her team. In addition, it provides him/her with the essential project management skills.
3- Customers and Partners
This unit enhances the participant’s imitativeness through learning more about his/her role as a leader in building a distinguished experience with customers and partners, in addition to equipping him/her with the necessary skills to provide services and know about the quality systems to achieve customer’s and partners’ satisfaction.
4- The Organization
This unit is designed to enable the participant to align his/her personal goals with the strategic goals of the organization, in addition to recognizing the changing conditions at the organization that impact its strategic objectives, key performance indicators and work environment.
5- Performance, Productivity and Creativity
This unit develops the participant’s leadership abilities to achieve excellence in performance by providing him/her with the mechanisms to make initiatives get them linked to the sustainable development goals and objectives.
6- Communication
This unit is designed to provide the participant with the skills that enable him/her to make initiatives, and enhancing leadership abilities. In addition, it enables the participant to develop administrative reports that help raise the level of management at work.
