Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, affirmed that the care and support provided to youth under the prosperous reign of His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of Bahrain, may God protect him, and under the guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, reflect a firm belief in their pivotal role as a national asset and key partners in building a more advanced and prosperous future for the Kingdom.
She noted that GCC Youth Day represents a national and regional occasion to celebrate youth contributions and enhance their role in sustainable development. She added that youth today embody a progressive model of ambition, creativity, and initiative, and that their remarkable achievements across various sectors particularly in technology, science, entrepreneurship, and governance demonstrate the depth of shared Gulf awareness and the unity of vision toward a future rooted in competence and innovation.
Dr. Shaikha Rana explained that the Institute of Public Administration remains committed, as a national institution, to supporting youth empowerment programs through the design and implementation of advanced developmental initiatives. These initiatives contribute to preparing young leaders, developing institutional performance, and strengthening cooperation with relevant Gulf institutions thereby reinforcing the principles of joint action and building a solid knowledge and professional base that supports the sustainable development goals of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the GCC countries.
