The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Institute of Public Administration held its fourth periodic meeting under the chairmanship of Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration.
The Director General of the Institute of Public Administration affirmed that continuing to promote equal opportunities and integrate women’s needs into the work environment represents one of the fundamental pillars of the Institute’s policies, reinforcing the role of women as a key partner in the journey of administrative development.
During the meeting, the Committee discussed its preparations to participate in the Award of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka Bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa for the Advancement of Bahraini Women. The Committee also reviewed the operational plan for the year 2026, which focuses on further strengthening women’s participation in training and leadership programs in line with the principles of the Equal Opportunities Committee and the targeted strategic objectives.
Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Al Khalifa reaffirmed the Institute of Public Administration’s commitment to continuing the adoption of advanced methodologies to support gender balance in a manner that contributes to the advancement of women and enhances their contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
