

Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s commitment to continuing investment in Bahraini citizens, as they are the main driver of development and the advancement of the national economy, aligning with the goals of Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030.
During her meeting with Her Excellency Mrs. Muriel Dubois, Executive Director of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po), Her Excellency highlighted the importance of expanding partnerships with leading international institutions in the fields of training and research. She expressed her aspiration for joint initiatives and projects between the Institute of Public Administration and Sciences Po, which would contribute to supporting efforts in human capital investment by empowering institutional talents in both the public and private sectors in line with global training standards. She also emphasized the pivotal role of Sciences Po in advancing the fields of political science, international relations, law, economics, and sociology. Her Excellency praised the institute’s remarkable achievements, including its ranking as the number one institution in the European Union for graduate employability, which has further solidified its position on the global map of administrative development.
For her part, Her Excellency Mrs. Muriel Dubois, Executive Director of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po), commended the governmental support and institutional trust enjoyed by the Institute of Public Administration, which has contributed to expanding its partnerships both locally and internationally. She also expressed her eagerness to open new avenues of collaboration with the Institute of Public Administration and to strengthen joint efforts in training, academic programs, professional development, and various initiatives and projects aimed at advancing institutional capacities in both the public and private sectors.
