Director General of the Institute of Public Administration Receives the President of the Civil Service Commission of Kuwait

Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, received His Excellency Dr. Essam Saad Al-Rabayan, President of the Civil Service Commission of the State of Kuwait, and his accompanying delegation during their official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, which aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation and exchange experiences in the fields of training and development between the two brotherly countries.
During the meeting, Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa praised the strong fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, emphasizing the importance of expanding cooperation through programs and initiatives that help create a shared platform for knowledge exchange, expertise sharing, and the empowerment and training of national cadres.
For his part, His Excellency Dr. Essam Saad Al-Rabayan expressed his pride in the deep fraternal ties that bind Kuwait and Bahrain, affirming that these relations represent a model of constructive Gulf cooperation. He commended the Kingdom of Bahrain’s efforts in developing national talent across the public and private sectors and emphasized the importance of continuing joint efforts to invest in human capital and adopt collaborative programs and initiatives that support the shared visions and aspirations of both countries.
At the conclusion of the visit, Her Excellency the Director General, accompanied by the President of the Civil Service Commission of Kuwait, conducted a tour of the Institute of Public Administration’s premises, which included an overview of the leadership and specialized programs offered by the Institute to employees of both the public and private sectors.
