Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, affirmed that Bahraini women’s attainment of distinguished positions across various fields has made them today an inspiring national model in development pathways. This achievement is attributed to the care and support they receive from His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, may God protect and preserve him, and the guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him.
The Director General of the Institute of Public Administration commended the role played by the Supreme Council for Women, chaired by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women, may God protect her.
She added that celebrating Bahraini Women’s Day reaffirms that the journey of women has become a symbol of excellence, creativity, and innovation through pioneering initiatives that have contributed to enhancing the Kingdom’s regional and international standing and consolidating the presence of Bahraini women as an effective force in institutional development. Distinguished female models have emerged who can lead strategic projects and presenting innovative solutions that have supported performance efficiency and reinforced Bahrain’s position as a leading model in women’s advancement and empowerment in society.
She emphasized the importance of continuing to invest in the potential of Bahraini women and strengthening their presence across all sectors through national strategies that focus on further supporting innovation and providing flexible and creativity-enhancing work environments. She stressed that Bahraini women continue to play an essential role as partners in achieving the Kingdom’s vision for sustainable development, presenting an inspiring model that reflects their ability to influence and contribute across various sectors.
