In line with the government’s program priority of delivering high-quality, competitive services that meet citizens’ expectations, the Customer Service Program has been revamped. After identifying challenges in Bahrain’s customer service sector, the program was redesigned into a series of specialized programs tailored to various job levels within the field. It is now structured into three tiers: the basic level, the professional level, and an advanced level focused on service design.
For Government Entities:
The Institute of Public Administration receives nomination applications by training officials in government agencies via the Special Registration System (TMS) on the Institute’s website (www.bipa.gov.bh). For private establishments and Individuals:
The Institute for Public Administration will receive the nominations via registration forms provided on the Institute’s website (www.bipa.gov.bh)
