The Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) aims to promote the enhancement of government performance by fostering integration through its Assessment and Coaching Directorate. This is achieved by nurturing the growth of government leaders and individuals using a methodology that involves assessing personal skills, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and implementing coaching techniques to harness and develop these skills. The ultimate goal is to enhance administrative and leadership competencies.

Psychometric Test
Measuring the behavioral skills and work preferences of senior officials, and of public and private sector employees in all categories, by discovering strengths and areas of improvement in their personalities, helping them to realize them, and working to invest them in order to raise the efficiency of performance at work.
Job Matching
The process of measuring the suitability of a specific person to occupy a particular job, based on the needs of the job, psychometric tests and aptitude testing approved by the Institute, and this service can also include the formation of work teams to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the team based on the harmony and integration of personalities. This service also helps identify the strengths and points of improvements of the participants in order to develop and motivate them.
Ability Test
It is an assessment that measures the intellectual, verbal, numerical, logical, and other abilities of senior positions, and of public and private sector employees in all levels.
Return on Investment
(ROI)
The process of measuring the impact and monetary returns from training, government services and projects and how to develop them based on the outcomes of this study.
Occupational Interests
A personal test that measures a person's preferred career directions and orientations, as well as personal characteristics and traits that assess individuals' suitability to work in different work environments and job suggestions that suit them.
Coaching Services:
It is a 1 to 1 session between the coach and the coachee to raise ideas and stimulate energies in order to enhance personal and professional capabilities to their maximum. This clarifies the vision of the coachee and helps him to reach his goals and link those goals with the objectives and vision of the institution where he works.
Team coaching is a modern method of coaching that involves providing coaching sessions to all team members at the same time, with the aim of improving team performance, achieving harmony, and developing their abilities to work together collaboratively and harmoniously.
An integrated training program concerned with developing the coaching skills of managers and heads of departments and enabling them to provide coaching sessions to their employees, which achieves a notable level of institutional performance, and contributes to raising the efficiency and level of performance in the public and private sectors.
Facilitating the accreditation of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
(To qualify for this service, you must graduate from the Master Coach Preparation Program).
Mentoring is a participatory process between two people, the mentor and the mentee, and it takes place through multiple sessions between them, and this process aims to transfer part of the mentor’s experience to the beneficiary, and help him reach certain goals that are agreed upon in the first meeting held between the two sides, and these sessions lead to reaching the growth of the mentee and obtaining a state of clarity and the ability to move practically towards achieving the goals.
