Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, affirmed the Institute’s commitment to keeping pace with national visions and plans aimed at positioning the Kingdom of Bahrain among the world’s leading countries in all administrative fields. She noted that the Institute’s priorities focus on aligning training programs with international standards, thereby enhancing the quality of institutional performance and fulfilling national aspirations.
This statement was made on the occasion of the Institute of Public Administration achieving the requirements for institutional inclusion in the National Qualifications Framework, granted by the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA).
Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa explained that this inclusion serves as clear evidence of the continuous efforts exerted by the Institute’s affiliates to establish an internal system that ensures the delivery of training programs aligned with current requirements and reflective of future ambitions. These efforts contribute to raising the efficiency of institutional performance in both the public and private sectors and to achieving sustainability across various fields. She added that this institutional inclusion further strengthens the Institute’s role as an accredited center for providing training services to the public and private sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Director General also emphasized that developing the capabilities and competencies of national cadres in both the public and private sectors is among the Institute’s core objectives. This is achieved through the provision of training programs that meet employee satisfaction and the expectations of all stakeholders, while positively impacting individuals and institutions alike. She affirmed that the Institute consistently strives to offer training programs that meet the highest international levels and standards.
