Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, participated in the 13th Annual GOV HR & YOUTH Summit, hosted in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with the attendance of a distinguished group of leaders and decision-makers in public administration and human capital development.
During her participation, Her Excellency affirmed that empowering individuals is a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable development and strengthening institutional progress, emphasizing that investing in human capital is the most valuable investment for building a future aligned with national visions and aspirations.
She highlighted that true leadership begins with the individual, and that fostering a culture of empowerment within institutions contributes to creating a work environment that encourages creativity and innovation. This, she noted, enhances the institution’s ability to launch strategic initiatives and development projects that keep pace with change and meet future needs.
Her Excellency also affirmed that the Institute of Public Administration will continue its efforts to develop government competencies and build leaders capable of driving change and managing institutional transformation. She emphasized that strengthening partnerships between the public and private sectors is crucial for developing integrated and sustainable work systems that support the achievement of national goals.
