

His Excellency, Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams the Director General of the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) lauded the importance of enabling the Bahraini Youth seeking jobs and experience, through building their capacities and providing them expertise in line with the current and future requirements. He added that the investment in young National cadres is an essential pillar in pushing ahead the wheels of development and prosperity for the Kingdom of Bahrain.
His statement came on the occasion of the launch by the Institute for Public Administration (BIPA), the “Kheberat” Program in cooperation with the a number of strategic partners in both the private and public sectors, represented by the Ministry of Labour, JAFCON Company and Hope Talent, which targets the Bahraini youth looking for work and experience.
His Excellency, Dr. Bin Shams affirmed that the Kheberat program comes in line with the governmental direction that endeavors to develop the national youth cadres in the labour Market by creating quality opportunities for them in each of the private and public sectors.
He further explained that the program was designed by the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) specially for the category of young Bahrainis looking for jobs and experience, and it aims to provide them with the best scientific and applied expertise and professional certifications that will make them the premier choice in the local labour market in both the public sector and the private sector. His Excellency added that the program will provide equal and effective opportunities for the young Bahraini jobseekers through the on-the-job training at the private sector institutions in addition to following up with them during the orientation sessions throughout the duration of their training.
His Excellency affirmed that the Kheberat program strives to make the national cadres the first choice for employment by way of providing a competitive environment that allows work and accomplishment for the young Bahraini jobseekers. It will also contribute to the development of the National economy by serving the Economic Vision 2030 by way of contributing to reducing the unemployment rate in the country.
