Through the “Practices” program, the Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) mainly seeks to prepare national cadres capable of systematically evaluating best practices, towards qualifying them to become international arbitrators and evaluators for such practices. The program also aims to promote a culture of learning from the best practices and local administrative experiences and raise the ability of national cadres to document their practices and experiences in accordance with the best scientific methodologies, in addition to providing them with visual presentation skills of practices and experiences, and the right mechanisms to document practices in order to participate in local, regional, and international competitions and awards.
